Instead of seeing Shuwei, i saw Kunda. We're close friends!
My school, Ngee Ann Poly became Fantasy Island II.
Edwin became XueGao laoshi. LOL.
My secondary not-close-at-all frens came into the picture.
I stupidly brought my newly bot k750i into the water

It's really been a long time since the four of us got together (:

It's a great day out, though i'm pretty exhausted and tired. lol.

We sat on the ledge outside Meritus Mandarin Hotel at Orchard road and became cam whores, busy snapping away on our phones. Tourists and locals stared at us when we were doing so.
Such a hilarious sight.

Believe it or not, we did so for a whole 30 minutes. LOL.

Wireless Configuration for Amateurs

People say that wireless is very convenient and user friendly. Indeed. But the hard work behind to set it up and configure it is not easy.

I've experienced many problems myself.

It would be really easy if you just wanted a connection. But if u wanted to set it as WEP or WPA or any other of their families, it would be a great headache.

Due to the data encryption and security, I have problems watching videos on YouTube and downloading documents from the internet. A few MB size doc would need minutes, or even hours.

Dying to watch the still-showing "深情密码”aka "Silence" on YouTube, i resorted to connecting my laptop directly to my broadband modem and called up StarHub to get help for connection. FINALLY it works! Now i'm enjoying super duper fast and stable connection. (:

My house comp died le ): So proper configuration of my wireless router will have to wait till i get my new comp..

Oh as i've mentioned, I'm currently hot on the heels of the Taiwanese Drama, "深情密码”aka "Silence", Starring Vic Chou and Park Eun Hye. A meaningful and nice drama (: Recommended!

Another would be 微笑pasta (weixiao pasta), a lovely and hilarious romance-comedy to relax and catch it after the busy day (:

Hairworks.

That might be the name of my future hair salon or styling boutique (:

As u might already know, i am very into hair styling. Often playing and experimenting with my own hair, or others. Evie i think u're beaming. LOL.

Here are some of my own recent works:

This is some sort derived from the french braid. However i dun braid till the end and juz stop at the neckline and fasten with a clip. (:

The side looks like this. (: Sweet yea? I mean the hair. Ignore about my puffy face. Haa.
The hair's the highlight, not me. LOL.

This is another similar one, but this is more of a simple and clean look.
Just looks like u've tied a pony tail from the front.

Consecutive KBOXING

Consecutive KBOXing leads to looneyness and losing of voice. -- Gera

lol.

After KBOXing with Luping yesterday at AngMoKio,long time no see de EdwinTan jioed me out for KBOXing at Hougang Plaza todae.

(Not intending to start on the service stuff.)

Loooong time din see EdwinTan le. Dunno if it's hair or he did grew taller. He argued that he was taller than me all along. Actually he is la. I mean, it'd be disaster if a guy was shorter than me. LOL.

It's really fun KBOXing with him. Same thing like singing fanatics, we recorded down our singings. LOL. The fun thing is, we can sing those duets. Not that I cant sing with my female frens. Just that guys will tend to sing better cos they know 'their roles' ma. Haa.

Then the "zi lian" (vain pot in chinese) took pics at the bustop after KBOXing. Tsk tsk. lol.

My stupid net loads so slow till blogger was sick of waiting and refused to let me upload my pics. Now i can (: (cos i'm tapping wireless. Not that i want. if nt i cant upload my pics =.= )

KBOX Session with Luping

Seriously, Ang Mo Kio's KBOX offers better quality of service and package than Hougang's branch. I shall have my evidence for this.

Hougang (i shall just say the location) doesn't offer u alternatives when you ask for KStudent and find are at dismay to know that u can onli sing for 3 hours at the price of $10.50nett. AMK offers you the normal package at a slightly higher price (we paid $12.70 bt we cudn't rmb what's the price the lady told us).
AMK has better service crew in terms of friendliness and helpfullness. They aren't rude or give u a foul face just because u refused to buy their snacks.
AMK's service crew will give u whatever help u might need, even directions back to your own room when u get lost after coming back from the toilet. This is what a good service personnel would do.
AMK's KBOX do sanitise (or whatever u call that) their mics. I smell something, alchohol or smth. It's very hygiene that way (: They clean their tablEs with the dEtergent or smth after the guests left as well.　
They don't rush u to leave the room ON THE DOT. We were waiting for the bill bt it nv came, so we exceeded by almost an hour. lol. But they din charge us extra or smth. (:

I'm not sure about others, but i've realised that AMK's KBOX service is much better than Hougang's. Although i used to frequent Hougang's branch and liked it there, the reason being it was near. But i know AMK's that BigMac building's pretty lok-kok (run-down). But Hougang Plaza's not really any better what. lol. However recently i found that the service's pretty bad there. ):

Updates 18.1 about my life..

Have just bought a new phone, K750i and love the phone especially the cam to bits. (:

Have just had my 18th birthday. Nothing glam about it. Just days of celebration with my friends (:

Semi-holiday mood. 2 more exam papers to go before the light turns green for holiday!

Looking for job and vocal/keyboard course. Oh ya. I won't be going for the MF course. I know u'd say it's such a waste. Bt i seriously don't have the $$ to go, even when they offer a 2 times installment with a 5% interest charge. =.=

$120 a course a mth i might consider.. lol..

YAY. I got into the 2nd audition of the Music Forest's 非常歌手训练班。 it's comforting to know that i have wad it takes to get into the 2nd round. bt it'll be much more disappointing when i get kicked out next round. haa. But if, i say IF, i do get the chance of attending the course, i doubt i will. $1,100 for 4 months is really crazy. although it's really rare to get the chance. oh well. i shall see how things go. might not get in also. haa.
